Chiropractic adjustment
A chiropractic adjustment is the art of using a specific, controlled force in precise movement to a joint that is fixated, locked up or not moving properly. Adjustments help the joint to gradually regain normal motion and function. The purpose of a chiropractic adjustment is to improve the functionality of the spine and nervous system, reduce pain, and improve overall health. Some adjusting methods are quick, whereas others require a slow and constant pressure.
