Special Exercise under Supervision of Physical Therapist
As part of the evaluation, a physical therapist will check your medical history, observe your posture and movement or any other limitations that you may have, and use their hands to palpate and evaluate the problem areas. Following this evaluation, the therapist will then prepare a treatment plan along with goals to be achieved at an expected time.
The treatment plan may include, but is not limited to the following:

  • Therapeutic use of hands
  • Exercise programs
  • Application of therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation
  • Training in daily activities
  • Patient education
